Packing is the last process of finished product, . Consider to transportation ways and transportation time, we determine the packing ways to aviod defect during transportation.Sticky PE film on surface of bathtub, EPE film must wrap the product at least two layers, the carton or waterproof paper is used outside. Then wooden frame or ply-wood cased is used as per customer's requirement.
Pre-Installation Preparation:
1. Before installing this product, please follow the product plumbing diagram to arrange the water source, power source and sewer pipe. The working water pressure range of the product is 0.2-0.6MPa, and the water source adopts G1/2" pipe thread cold and hot water connector, and its electrical parameters, please refer to the electrical parameters nameplate. The installation place is reserved for 1 1/2" sewer pipe. (Refer to the plumbing and electrical installation drawings attached to the manual)
2. Before installation, please prepare the following tools: Phillips screwdriver, one screwdriver, level, wrench and so on.
Installation steps:
All parts of this product are standardized, please refer to the plumbing diagram and electrical parameter nameplate when installing.
3. Connecting cold and hot water pipes
The hot and cold water pipes are high-pressure resistant reticulated pipes, so please connect them according to the markings on the joints. (Note: A valve must be installed in each of the cold and hot water pipes)
4.Power connection
Firmly connect the power cord of the bathtub to an all-pole disconnected leakage protector (RCD) (32A), and pay attention to waterproofing.
5.Inspection, cleaning and testing
After the completion of the above steps, please clean up the debris in the tub, open the drain, clean it with water, check again whether each function is running normally, and then fill up the water to make sure that there is no leakage in each pipeline.

According to quality and inspection standards made by Vanho, the bathtubs we sold under shall be considered by the Buyer to be defective if:
1. Colours of products are defective:
a) the colors of acrylic do not correspond to those of the confirmed samples;
b) the colours are with difference or painting on the exposed surface, the colour is darker or lighter or with an uneven tone;
2. Surface of bathtubs is defective:
a) there are visible scratches and marks of mechanical origin on the decorative surface;
b) there are clearly visible dash type surface or damage/scratches or clearly visible point coloration over 0.5mm in diameter allowing a change in color or surface coating;
c) there are dents or any deepening in surface or any bend, which changes the original form of the bathtubs;
3. The function of bathtubs doesn't work:
The function of appliance doesn't work properly, includes pump,mossage,electric wires etc.
Besides, Vanho makes the following sale promises to the products sent out:
1). If there is a malfunction to our products,we will come back to you within 24 hours upon the moment we receive a message from you, no matter it is within or beyond our warranty time.
2). Our warranty time is usually 3 years against the BL date. Vanho will replace the damaged components and fix the problem at our expense if it is within our warranty time.
3).If the products are damaged and it is out of our warranty time, we may charge some cost for sending new replacement, and shipping freight will also be on your account.
4).If the product is damaged by force majeure and it is still within our warranty time, then the cost price will be charged for new replacement.

A:EXW/FOB/CIF/CNF is normally workable for us. Regarding lead time,usually it is 30days.for some items that needed to develop new moulds, the time will be a few days more,that will be around 45 days. Vanho has a professional transportation team,if you have no designated delivery agent,we will arrange delivery for you as soon as production is completed.
