Packing is the last process of a finished product,we do quality inspection mainly on product appearance,dimension,fitness,spare parts before packing, to ensure all factors are on good conditions.Consider to transportation ways and transportation time,we determine the packing ways to avoid damages during transportation. The standard packing is thick EPE foam to wrap the products + carton + wood crates. The extra packing type is available under clients requirement .

The quality of the delivered window,door,frames,sunshading systems,sunroom,pergola  shall meet the quality standards of buyer and  shall be in full conformity to the agreement which is mutually confirmed by Vanho and buyers.

According to quality and inspection standards made by Vanho, the window,door,frames,sunshading systems,sunroom,pergola we sold under shall be considered by the Buyer to be defective if:

1. Colours of products are defective:

a) the colors of anodizing or powder coating do not correspond to those of the confirmed samples;
b) the colours  are with different anodizing or painting on the exposed surface, which is confirmed in drawings; the colour is darker or lighter or with an uneven tone;

2. Surface of window,door,frames,sunshading systems,sunroom,pergola is defective:

a) there are visible scratches and marks of mechanical origin on the decorative surface;
b) there are clearly visible dash type surface or coating damage/scratches or clearly visible point coloration over 0.5mm in diameter allowing a change in color or surface coating;
c) there are dents or any deepening in frames or any bend, which changes the original form of the hardware;

3. Sizes of profiles or frames are defective:

The sizes do not conform to the mutually agreed drawings; the allowed tolerance is written in the drawings mutually agreed by Vanho  and Clients.

Besides, Vanho makes the following sale promises to the products sent out:

1). If there is a malfunction to our products,we will come back to you within 24 hours upon the moment we receive a message from you, no matter it is within or beyond our warranty time.
2). Our warranty time is usually 5 years against the BL date. Vanho will replace the damaged components and fix the problem at our expense if it is within our warranty time.
3).If the hardware is damaged and it is out of our warranty time, we may charge some cost for sending new replacement, and shipping freight will also be on your account. 
4).If the product is damaged by force majeure and it is still within our warranty time, then the cost price will be charged for new replacement.

Q:Delivery
A:EXW/FOB/CIF/CNF is normally workable for us. Regarding lead time,usually it is 30days.for some items that needed to develop new moulds, the time will be a few days more,that will be around 45 days.
Vanho has a professional transportation team,if you have no designated delivery agent,we will arrange delivery for you as soon as production is completed.

A:The payment term with Vanho is flexible, T/T,LC is normally acceptable, we will make communications in details.

Q:How could I receive the goods?
A:For sample order or small quantity order, we suggest to deliver by express,such as DHL, FedEx, EMS. For urgent order, but many goods, we suggest to deliver by air.
